Services

Khaos Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Cincinnati and surrounding areas. Service details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Booking & Cancellations

• Bookings may be made through our website, phone, or email.

• We kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments will be subject to a fee.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted forms of payment will be confirmed when booking. Deposit is also required.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled service time. To ensure the best results, we ask that any pets are stored correctly or behave properly.

Liability

We take great care when performing our services. However, Khaos Cleaning is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to property or belongings

• Items not secured or properly stored by the client

• Allergic reactions or sensitivities to standard cleaning products (please notify us in advance if specific products are required)
